Accommodation
The cattery is fully insulated and heated, with night boxes and outdoor areas. Cats can enjoy a lounge or remain in their unit. Separation is available for cats who prefer solitude, plus double units for families or long-term stays.
Feeding
Meals are provided twice daily, using high quality dry biscuit and wet food options. You're welcome to bring your own food, or purchase Blackhawk products through the cattery.
Vaccination Requirements
All cats must be vaccinated a minimum of 2 weeks before arrival. Proof of vaccination is required.
NO VACCINATION — NO STAY — NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cats must also be desexed, with current worming and flea treatments.
Hours
Drop-off and pick-up are by arrangement only:
- Weekdays: 9–10am and 4–5pm
- Saturday: 10am–12pm
- Sunday: 4–5pm
Pricing
- $15 per night — standard unit
- $25 per night — double unit for one cat
- $15 possible surcharge for outside-hours pickups or drop-offs
Deposit & Payment
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking, with a minimum of $30. This is applied toward your final charges.
Payment can be made by EFTPOS, cash, or online banking to our BNZ account — please use your pet's name and your surname as reference.
